Service Description

LucidGym provides cognitive training features such as reaction, memory, attention, logic, and language challenges, as well as related progress tracking features. LucidGym is for training and entertainment purposes only and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Disclaimers

Our products and services are provided using technical means. Errors, interruptions, and limitations may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you understand and agree that you assume risks related to situations including but not limited to:

• Network failure or interruption
• Violation of these Terms by you
• Actions attributable to you or third parties
• Temporary or permanent service interruption

Privacy & Data

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you want to request deletion of data associated with you, contact us by email and we will handle the request in accordance with applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

While using LucidGym, you agree that you will not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
• Upload, distribute, or transmit illegal or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time as features and operations evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of LucidGym after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate access to the service where necessary, including for maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from service suspension or termination.

In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

Optional subscriptions or in-app purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID Account Settings.
